CRAFTSMANSHIP AND TECHNOLOGY

One of the most important added values of a top company like Panzeri, is represented by the heritage in terms of tradition and craftsmanship inherited in 70 years of history.
A history lived and told by entrepreneurs fond of their work who, together with a group highly qualified and motivated managers had the strength and courage to be able to constantly renew themselves, advancing the times and trends and investing in research and quality.
The key for the success attained since now lies in the theory to always look to the future, but with an eye on the past. A past of which the company is always prouder of in view of the goals attained and that confirms in its mission, the ambition to stand as a reference point for the most demanding Architects, Interior Designers and Creatives looking for a lighting solution.
Thanks to a production cycle that is completely looked after by the company, Panzeri products ensure excellent performances and total autonomy in terms of design and production.
The production process begins by searching for raw materials. Steel, iron, aluminium and brass are selected from various suppliers on the market, ensuring utmost quality of the raw materials. The cutting, refining, cleaning and polishing works are performed inside the company with cutting-edge machinery and technologies. Some of the most particular decorations are carried out with sophisticated handicraft techniques, such as the application of the gold leaf, a procedure that requires great experience and precise manual skills.
At the end of the works, the products undergo strict quality tests and, after determining their compliance with the most rigorous standards, are packaged in reinforced containers to ensure utmost protection during the transport and delivery. Panzeri also boasts a completely automated warehouse of 400 square metres, that develops vertically and with a capacity of over 1,100 pallets, like a traditional warehouse of 4,000 square metres. Thanks to the modern automation system, the warehouse manages interactions with the order system, independently.
