Panzeri contributes to the training of new lighting experts.
Panzeri is sponsor and active partner of both the course and the workshop ‘Lighting Design in hospitality spaces‘ organized by LUCE Laboratory of the Department of Design at the Politecnico of Milan. The two events, scheduled for April 12 and 13, are open to students (undergraduates, graduates or master course participants), designers, graduate and non-graduate company technical staff who wish to become conversant with principles and methodologies for lighting design in hospitality spaces.
The course will also focus on the competences and expertise of Panzeri Carlo Srl acquired over seventy years in the lighting industry. Federico Panzeri, Export Manager of the company based in Biassono will be one of the lecturers and will discuss the application of both architectural and aesthetic lighting products entirely ‘Made in Brianza’.
One of the lecturers will be Sumanth Sarangapani, representing IvoryEdge, Panzeri’s Indian distributor, a company with a sound expertise in the field of Building Automation and System Integration.
The workshop following the course will explore three main themes:
- Human Centric Lighting and its influence on human psychobiology;
- Internet of Light and the design of connected and digitized lighting. Panzeri will present the new Jackie IoT, a table lamp which uses integrated sensors and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication contributing to light control.
- Integrated lighting in architecture through miniaturized and customised lighting systems.
Before the closing date of the 2017 edition of Euroluce, Panzeri will talk about their experience and commitment in the field of Smart Lighting and will have a new opportunity to contribute to the training of Lighting Design experts.
